Woman orgasm

Sex can be wonderful, especially the part where you orgasm. But not every orgasm is one that will make you collapse with pleasure. Some are great while others are not. Am I right? Well, there is a really simple way to make your orgasms 10 times more intense — just breathe.  Before you scoff at the solution, here’s what deep breathing can do for your sex life.
Why it helps and how it works
Most of us are shallow breathers. Think about it, how often have you taken a deep breath and just relaxed? Not too often right? Well, apart from all the benefits of deep breathing (you can find out more about it here), the technique is also a great way to intensify an orgasm. Don’t believe it? Find out for yourself.
Meanwhile, here’s why it works:
It relaxes you and releases stress: Deep  breathing helps relax your mind and body, especially if your are planning to have sex after a long, tiring day. Not only does it help beat stress, but it also relaxes the muscles of your pelvis, allowing more blood flow to your penis, vagina and clitoris.
Increases blood flow, especially your genitals: When you breathe in deep you give your body more oxygen, which in turn increases blood flow. And when you are aroused, there is maximum blood flowing to your genitals. This increase in available blood helps your genitals become more sensitive and perform better. What’s more? It also intensifies the sensations you feel and therefore helps your arousal last longer and feel much better.
Helps in releasing happy hormones: During sex one of the things that makes the whole experience more intense and fulfilling is if you are connected to your partner. This connection occurs in our bodies due to the release of hormones. When you breathe in deep, the increase in oxygen in your blood helps regularise the release of these hormones which make you feel happy, relaxed and more in the moment with your partner.
Helps you focus on pleasure and what’s happening down there: A study that was performed on couples while they were having sex found that women often do not focus on sex as men do while in the act. This is one of the reasons a woman does not orgasm or doesn’t feel a very powerful one. Deep breathing, into the belly and pelvic region helps a woman focus on the act and feel sensual.
How you should do this kind of breathing:
In a video by Ronja  Sebastian, a yoga expert and a proponent of the sensual art of Tantric sex, she explains how to breathe to intensify an orgasm. Here’s how you can do it:
Step one: Breathe through your mouth by slackening your jaw. This in turn relaxes  your genitals and lower belly, allowing your body to feel everything that is happening both down there and around you. So if your partner is stroking you, or if his skin is rubbing against yours, deep breathing helps intensify each of those actions.
Step two: As you breathe in push your chest outwards and as you breathe out curve your back outwards. You will then be moving forward and backwards in a wave like pattern.
Step three: Gently squeeze your pelvic muscles as you breathe out. This can make an orgasm much more enjoyable and intense. But make sure you don’t do it too forcefully, but gently.
You can practice this kind of deep  breathing while you are having sex with your partner or while you are alone. Good positions to try this type of breathing is in the woman on top position or the lotus position. You could also try it in other positions if you are comfortable.
Tip: If all this is too much for you to think about when you are having sex, a good way to give this technique a try is to simply breathe in deep just as you are about to climax. The deep breathing will definitely intensify your orgasm and make it last longer.
